Photographs presented in this cycle are fragments of a book, my dissertation at the Faculty of Fine Art Photography of the School of Visual Arts in Ostrava (the Czech Republic). They were taken during my summer excursions to the country, to my mother-in-law's garden in Ksieginice near Lubin (the former Wroclaw Province, Poland). I photographed this significant to me place in the years 1978-1984.
